I’m Debbie McLean-Roache, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly three decades of experience caring for patients across hospital, long-term care, and community settings. My calling as a nurse has always been rooted in both compassion and faith. I believe true wellness embraces the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. 

Through Thrive Telehealthllc, I am blessed to serve the people of Rhode Island by bringing healthcare directly to your home. 

My goal is to remove barriers to care, empower patients in their health journeys, and ensure that every person feels heard, supported, and equipped to live a healthier life.
